When a survivor unspikes someone, including themselves, they lose 20/30/40% healing speed for 45 seconds. The rescued survivor repairs 15% slower until healed.

Listed as a Cure personal perk, described as a level 15, 30, or 45 unlock alongside the other two Cure perks. The page does not say which level is which perk.

Hook in places where the rescue is likely, then use the repair penalty. Survivors should heal the rescued player before parking them on a generator.
